 If
you have some offices in different locations, cities or
countries, they can all use this software on-line, like in
one office.
There are two kinds of communication in this software:
- Off line connection
- and Online connection
If you are traveling and you want to know about the
happenings at your company; you can ask your secretary to
make a compressed back up file and send it to you by Email,
and you will extract it in your laptop/computer and see
everything in your accounting software, but you can only
read and not edit it.
We call this kind of connection 'off-line'.
The other method is 'on-line'.
You can connect all of your computers from outside to your
server in head office through internet, It's easy and
reliable connection, the way of connection is explained in
