You can define privileges for every user to have access to
different parts of system. You can also define access timing
in any days of the week for each user.
For example for manager you set access time always but for
accountants you can set it only between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
The security levels of this system is designed to make you
sure that your users have not access to the information
which are closed for them.
for example you can close visiting Profit and Loss. report
for some of your users or you can hide purchase rates of
your stock items to your sellers. |
